We are looking for medical sales representatives to communicate with our patients over the phone, take orders and coordinate with our other teams.

The ideal candidate for this position is financially motivated, goal oriented, and gravitates towards big-ticket, uncapped commission opportunities. Qualified candidates are dependable, self-disciplined, and able to perform under limited supervision. One year of previous sales experience is preferred; previous experience in the medical industry is not required.

Pay: $60,000 - $120,000 a year

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Calling on warm leads generated from our website and marketing campaigns
• Assisting patients with respiratory illnesses over the phone, helping them decide and purchase the oxygen therapy equipment that best suits their needs
• Consistently exceeding performance targets and daily call quotas
• Updating customer information in our CRM (Customer Relations Management) software
• Communicating effectively with team members and management
• Other duties as assigned

Compensation and Benefits:

Required Skills & Experience

• One year of previous sales experience is preferred but not required; telephone sales experience is preferred but not required
• Applicants must be very comfortable with technology; experience using CRM software, or VOIP system is a plus
• Qualified candidates should possess excellent verbal skills, being comfortable closing sales over the phone
• Sales representatives must be empathetic listeners and creative problem solvers
• Applicants should be ambitious, goal-oriented, and self-motivated to take initiative performing tasks without prompting
• Must be willing to work full time
